Satish Dabas
Managing Partner and Legal Head, Nimsat Lawyers
Satish Dabas is masters in law and managing partner in Nimsat Lawyers. He has more than 15 years of professional experience as an Advocate before Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana. Satish Dabas has also been a teaching faculty in Constitutional Club of India, has a work experience of six months in Melbourne, Australia and has worked in GAIL in India.
Besides being an expert in General Commercial Litigation and property matters, Satish’s area of practice includes IPR, International Trade (JVs and technology transfers), Company Law Board cases, Agreements and Contracts, Arbitration and Conciliation, Environmental law cases, Banking and Recovery suits.

Navita Pahwa has been a Director in Welco Export Pvt Ltd, Welco Garment Machinery Pvt Ltd since last 23 years. Specializing in Marketing Operations and Customer Relations, she has represented many International companies and handled their operations PAN India.
She has taken extensive training in IT from a software company in Brazil in 2006 and represented them in India as a sole distributor. She was successful in making good sales to many big Govt institutes and private companies.
She has also been the quality head of a German JV (Wendler India) from 2013 -2016 and was instrumental in setting up the entire factory in India based on German Standards and Quality Controls.
Other companies that have been promoted and represented by her in India were: Korea Fiblon (1993-1998), Kumsung, Korea (1998-2006), Shanghai Garment Group Machinery Co., China, Prosperity Machinery Manufacturers (PMM), Hong Kong, Malkan, Turkey and many more.
Navita Pahwa has now joined NIMSAT LAWYERS as the admin head as she greatly felt the need for an honest and trust worthy law firm in our country.
